Wedding planning services begin from the moment of event conception. We are the direct liaison between you and your vendors. We attend meetings, negotiate contracts based upon your budget, and serve as your event coordinator.


We create a custom design board that includes coordinating colors and decor elements to make your event uniquely you and work with vendors to ensure the design plan is fully executed to your preferences.

Wedding coordination begins approximately four to six weeks from the event. We communicate with your vendors to create a well-organized timeline and oversee your event to keep it running smoothly and on time.


Our Packages

● One complimentary initial consultation
● One venue walk through a month out to discuss the venue’s layout and rain plan
● Create a wedding timeline
● Correspond with vendors regarding contracted details and ensure all parties are in sync
● Include importation venue and vendor information on wedding timeline
● Create a list of important items detailing who is providing, setting up, breaking down & taking at end of night
● List to include whom is responsible for taking home gifts, cake topper, bridal portrait and keepsakes
● Coordinator’s assistance at the rehearsal (typically held the day before) directing the flow of the ceremony
● Coordinator available on the wedding day for up to 10 hours
● Assistant available on the wedding day for up to 6 hours
● We will bring our wedding day emergency kit (super glue, bobby pins, etc.)
● Distribute and pin bridal party and family flowers prior to the ceremony
● Assist with reception site decorating (this may be limited or vary based on time constraints)
● Set-up wedding programs and guest book in proper place
● Layout place cards, table numbers, favors, menu cards, seating chart, champagne flutes and cake knife
● Bustle wedding gown after the ceremony
● Greet your guests at the reception and offer any necessary directions on finding their seats
● Cue the couple’s entrance into the reception
● Coordinate agenda of the evening (toasts, 1st dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss)
● Distribute “day of” payments or gratuities to vendors in labelled envelopes
● Assist in lining up the wedding guests and distributing exit items
● Confirm with Best Man and Maid of Honor on transporting Bride and Groom’s luggage/personal items
● Prepare to-go box of reception meal and slice of wedding cake to take with you
● Package the anniversary cake to be taken home
● Load gifts and personal items (bouquet, cake topper, guest book) into the assigned family vehicle
● Oversee vendor clean-up and load out

● Create initial wedding budget estimate
● Source, contract & manage 3 vendors- Provide proposals, schedule initial vendor interview meetings, negotiate contracts and secure vendors. May include any of these 3: floral, catering, photography, videography, ceremony musicians, band/d.j., officiant, bakery, hair & makeup, stationery
● Arrange hotel block at host hotel
● Arrange transportation and manage logistics
● Email updates once a month on wedding tasks that need to be completed

● Schedule and attend venue site tours to aid in selection (includes up to 3 venues)
● Schedule initial vendor meetings, negotiate contracts and secure vendors. Vendors to include: Ceremony &

hair & makeup, stationery
● Manage budget with email updates
● Arrange hotel block at host hotel
● Arrange transportation and manage logistics
● 3 Planning meetings with Uptown Coordinator
● Coordinator to schedule and attend 3 vendor meetings
● Attend food tastings and assist with menu selection (includes 1 tasting)
